Tyre Pyrolysis Process Overview Tyre pyrolysis involves the thermal breakdown of end-of-life tyres at high temperatures within a closed-loop system and an inert atmosphere. Our manufacturing process operates under strict control, with data monitored every minute to ensure completeness and adherence to safety protocols, ensuring environmental safety. This process converts ELTs (end-of-life tyres) into pyrolysis fuel oil, carbon char, and steel wires, resulting in zero waste. Our production capacity is among the highest globally. To provide perspective, we process approximately 28,000 MT of tyres and industrial rubber annually, yielding around 10,500 MT of pyrolysis fuel oil, 10,000 MT of carbon char, and 4,200 MT of steel wires.
